Burton01 Open Shipments
Reports > Open Shipments shows ASN shipments that have not completed the operational document cycle. Columns include Account, Master ID, Buyer, ETD, ETA, Destination, Shipment Type, Invoice, Vessel, Cartons, Pieces, Value, Estimated Duty, Status, document status, and POD status.
02 Missing POD and Files
Missing POD identifies shipments without proof of delivery. List Missing Files identifies missing trade or warehouse documents. Confirm the shipment reference and responsible account before adding files and rechecking report status.
03 Duty and Audit
Use Update Duty to maintain duty information and Duty CSV File to export account-level duty data. User Audit Report supports operation review, permission verification, and traceability.
04 Print and Export
Open Shipments provides Print Page and Export. Confirm year, account, status, and other filters before exporting. For customer or finance delivery, retain the export date and filter scope.
